Resellers must be a licensed business and an active reseller with CreateSpace, my printer, to place orders for Micro Business For Teens’ titles. Here is the information from Create Space on how to buy titles wholesale:

1. Create a CreateSpace customer account. If you already have a CreateSpace customer account, please follow the steps below.
2. Download and complete the Resale Verification Form. Fax it, along with your Resale Certificate, to: 843-760-0532, Attn: CreateSpace Direct Reseller program.
Please note that a valid state sales tax permit number is required to certify that the products are being purchased for resale. For Libraries it is not necessary to provide a Resale Certificate, just fill out the form below, indicate that you are a Library and a customer service representative will be in touch.
3. Fill out the CreateSpace Direct application form.
A CreateSpace Member Services Representative will contact you within 2 business days of your application submission with ordering instructions or next steps to complete certification.
Once activated, this account can be used for purchasing any book available on Create Space.

I can offer discounts to group orders on the paperback or electronic versions of my books for groups. The discounts are 20-30% for paperbacks depending on quantity. I also offer a license to print out multiple copies of the Workbook. These discounts can lower the price to as low as $16.43 per student-a 50% discount.
