So you have a great idea, or you’ve seen a great idea that you want to copy, now what? Now it’s time to write out a plan for your micro business. The first part to this business plan is the business concept.
In the business concept, you basically want to write out the description of the product or service that you’re going to sell. Then you want to explain what makes your product or service unique.
Finally, you’ll want to write out how you are going to measure success. Is it going to be based on a set number products that you plan on selling, if it’s a product-based business? Or will it be a financial goal? Some students just want experience or to try something. THat’s a good goal, too!
