I explain how you can set up a website that is low-cost or free using free website design services like: WordPress.com or Weebly.com. But for those with a bit of tech knowledge can buy a web hosting account from someone like Godaddy.com or 1and1.com. With a web hosting account, you can install WordPress.org which will give you more customization and freedom to design a website of your choosing.
